It has a London mint signature, and appears to be based on a true coin of class 6. Unlike the true coins of this class, however, it has a pommée X in the king's title. The pommée X occurs only on true coins of class 8c, but it differs from this class, both in style, and in having a cross pattée initial mark on the reverse (source).
